How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat fee based on your location. You will always know the price before purchasing.

Do you offer international Shipping?

Yes! Not all countries are available but more will be added as logistics get sorted out.


International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total.

When will my order ship?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible but please allow ~1 week processing time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. You can also check the status by logging into your account here!

If your order contains a preordered item, it will ship when that item arrives. Estimates are listed in the item's description.

What are the return, refund and cancellation policies?
  • REFUNDS

All digital item sales are final and no refunds will be given.

If your physical item order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and we’ll review the issue to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate!

  • RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference after an order has been placed.

  • CANCELLATIONS

For regular orders, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. However, once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Preorders can not be cancelled once placed. You are committing to helping fund the production of this item when placing a preorder. Depending on the circumstance (i.e. extreme delays), this may be overlooked but you're free to contact either way!

What if my item is delayed or lost?

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier or customs.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us and we’ll assist where possible!

I forgot to enter the promo code. What now?

We do not apply codes retroactively!

Do items get restocked?

Depending on the product and its demand: Yes!

Limited runs will be explicitly stated in the item's description.
